MADison’s HAT’R is a Family run business based in Central Pennsylvania started in 1991.

It all started with Georgia Madison and the talent and a love for Sewing. When she was a little

girl Georgia learned about Crocheting from her Grandmother and later on in life was introduced  to Quilting by an Aunt. She also worked as a Production Seamstress for a major supplier of suits in the Garment Industry. MADison ’s HAT’R was created so that Georgia could stay at home to raise their children.  For the past 15 years Georgia & John have been designing and making Custom Hats. Almost 30 different styles of hats belong to their portfolio. Their hats are made from all types of fabric. Georgia & John traveled the Art Festival Circuit in the early days of the business doing shows in Pennsylvania , Maryland , Connecticut , and New Jersey .

  

    In 2001 MADison’s HAT’R was born into its first store front in State College , Pa.

Since opening at their new location this small family run business has grown to include larger manufacturing capabilities and a Retail Sales department which includes hats from San Diego Hat Co., Baily Hat Co., Dorfman pacific Hat Co., Hibbs Hat Co., and many more. Her husband boasts “The Largest Selection of Hats in Central Pa.   “If you’ve Got a Head, We Got A Hat For  It”!
